How to install Microsoft Speech Recognition
1. Open Microsoft Office
2. Select the menu Tools and the the menu item Speech
3. Follow the instruction
4. If you open the control panel a new item named speech should appear,
you can calibrate the speech engine from here
5. Test the speech recognition by opening Microsoft Word and select dictate
or command from the language bar. Be sure that the language is set to
English.
Microsoft Speech Recognition SAPI 5
You can use the speech recognition in your own programs.
You can start by downloading the SpeechXML
tool and try to connect it to e.g. Flash.
You will need to edit the speech recognition grammar file. For a tutorial
