Mandatory Projects

Each student must hand in the mandatory projects in order to qualify for the final exam. The projects can be done in groups of 2-3 students.

• Mandatory Project 2 - Four Russians, Local Alignment, or Multiple Alignment. Due Friday, October 12. (It also okay to hand in on Monday, October 22, in that case you should come by my office an hand it in.)
• Mandatory Project 1 - Global Alignment. Due Tuesday, September 25.
