The current primary platform for the Mjølner System *is* NT 4.0, due to
a very large development project, which is a collaboration between the
Danish National Centre for IT Reserch, the Computer Science Department
at Aarhus University, and a large industrial partner (whose name I don't
know if I'm allowed to mention, so I'll avoid doing so :-) )

Also, I am aware of some people using BETA for writing CGI-programs, but
maybe you can elaborate on what you mean by web-style work?
