smol is basically a very very small OS of type  program.
The idea is, it is installed on to a floppy, this floppy 
will remain DOS readable with most of the space available, 
(10-15 Kb taken up in smol) but if you boot from the floppy,
smol will load and present you with a menu of basic utilites
that you can then run even if the computer has no OS or 
anything.....for example:
text editor,
file viewer, 
picture viewer,
