Settling the accounts

Returning home from the travel or by the end of a visit of a guest the following is done:

• Fill out and sign the supplement to travel settling (pdf, ps).
• All expenses - except for per diem allowance - must be documented by way of
  original tickets and receipts. Please hand this over to the accountant of the paying grant.
