The Information Office is open Monday to Friday from 11:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 15:00.

The information office is located in the Ada building, room 115. Outside access through IT-City entrance C.

All letters will be collected as follows:

Monday - Thursday	9 am and 3 pm
Friday	9 am and 3 pm

Please notice that packets will be collected at 3 pm

You will find two mail boxes in the post office: a blue one for internal mail and an orange one for external mail.

The franking machine will be locked. If you have urgent letters that need to be sent after 1 pm, please contact one of the employees in the ADA-1 building.

Masters student - and what then?

• At the beginning of each semester you can apply for an office shared with other students. Use the office application form to apply. Please notice that even though you have received an office you must apply each semester. If you have any questions please contact Søren Christensen
• When you start writing your masters thesis, you can receive a free copy card from Hanne Friis Jensen in the information office (1 per person + 1).  

Student assistant - an what then?

• As a student assistant your are guaranteed an office shared with other students. Notice that you have to apply for it each semester together with other students
• Contact Hanne Friis Jensen in the information office for a bag with free office supplies and a copy card to use in your job as a student assistant.

PhD student - and what then?

• As a PhD student you will be given a pigeon-hole in the mail room (Ada-114) in Åbogade
• You will be included in the local mailing lists: daimi-phd, daimi-alle and daimi-vip.
• You will have an office next to the other employees
• In connection with your work you are allowed to print and copy without charge
• You find office supplies (pencils, paper, slides, folders etc.) in Ada-116. If you have any questions or you do not find what you need, please contact Hanne Friis Jensen
