Guide for hosts

This is a guide for hosts to new employees or long-term guests (guests who stay for more than two months)

By following this guide, you help your long-term guest or new colleague to have a pleasant visit / job start at daimi.

In good time before arrival you must

• fill out this pdf document Danish/English and press send. The document will then be mailed to all appropriate people
• send a short biography including a picture to Internt Nyt
• send your long-term guest / colleague a link to our guide for new employees

Immediately after arrival you must

• introduce your long-term guest / colleague to
  - Arne Jensen
  - the appropriate accountant
  - Hanne Friis Jensen at the Information Office who will hand over key and access card
• introduce the coffee room, canteen and library
