Message Sequence Charts

Abstract

This CPN ML library makes it easy to create Message Sequence Charts which are controlled by the simulation of a CP-net (via code segments). This can, e.g., be used to give a graphical representation of the communication in a system - by drawing labelled horizontal arrows (representing messages) between a fixed set of labelled vertical lines (representing processes). Message Sequence Charts is a standard description technique for protocol engineers.
