Acrobat Reader and PDF files

The Adobe Acrobat Reader is a FREE OF CHARGE product. It offers the user a very convenient and fast way of browsing through PDF files (Portable Document Format). It is also possible to obtain high-quality prints.

PDF files themselves are platform independent and the Acrobat Reader exists for a large number of different software/hardware platforms. Hence, PDF files constitute a very convenient way of distributing large volumes of information (containing both text and graphics).

PDF files are used for many different kinds of Design/CPN documentation, e.g., all the manuals and all the examples of CPN models. Hence we recommend that you install Adobe Acrobat Reader before continuing your investigation of CP-nets and Design/CPN. If possible, we also recommend that you configure your WWW browser in such a way that it automatically uses the Acrobat Reader to open PDF files.

Please download version 2.1 or later, or else you may have problems viewing some of the documents on these pages.
