The course concludes with a multiple choice test, which takes place Friday 9 December from 9:30 to 10:45 in Aud D1. Make sure that you arrive no later than 9:15.

The test will consist of 60 multiple choice questions. It is a closed-book exam, so essentially nothing except a pencil is allowed (if the test were open-book, it could not contain any easy questions). The test will cover:

• the slides from all lectures
• familiarity with the project specification (but not the full JLS, of course)
• familiarity with your project solution (but not every detail, of course)
• operational knowledge of the Joos 1 language

Each question has exactly one correct answer. If you are in doubt, you are allowed to select multiple answers for partial credit. Your test is graded as described here. Note that perfect answers yield a score of 100% and random guessing yields a score of 0%.

To allow you to sit close together in the auditorium, the sequence of questions in each test and the sequence of answers for each question will be randomly permuted.
