Registration

To register please send an e-mail to CPNworkshop@daimi.au.dk, indicating the name, position, affiliation and e-mail address of the participant(s), and the workshop(s) in which you want to particpate. The deadline for registration is August 1, 2001.
  • The fee for MOCA'01 is 1,000 DKK (or 140 EURO). This covers participation in the workshop, a copy of the proceedings, lunches, and a workshop dinner.

  • The fee for CPN'01 is 1,500 DKK (or 210 EURO). This covers participation in the full workshop and tutorial programme, a copy of the proceedings, lunches and the workshop dinner.

  • Participants who register for both CPN'01 and MOCA'01 obtain a discount, so that the total fee becomes 2,250 DKK (or 310 EURO).
The fee is paid during the workshops. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept credit cards. Hence, you must pay by a check issued to the University of Aarhus (EURO or DKK) or pay in cash (only DKK).

This is a nice old hotel located in the City Centre (200 m from the railway station and the airport bus terminals). The distance to the conference site is approx. 2 km, and can be reached by foot, bus or taxi.
  • Single room, 735 DKK per night (approx. 100 EURO)
All rooms have their own bathroom and shower, and breakfast is included in the price. Bookings are made directly to the hotel. Please refer to "Booking no.: 27250". Payments are made directly to the hotel at departure. The hotel accepts major credit cards. We strongly recommend early booking. The sufficient number of rooms are guaranteed until August 1. After that you may need to find other hotels.

Less Expensive Accommodation

For students and others with limited fundings a small number of less expensive rooms will be available at PUC, which is the "Education Centre of the Press". It is not a real hotel and has limited services. The rooms are rather small - but otherwise very nice, and they are conveniently located less than 1 km from the conference site and approx. 1 km from the city centre.

  • Single room with bath, 486 DKK pr night (or 67 EURO)
  • Single room without bath, 375 DKK pr night (or 52 EURO)
Breakfast is not included in the price. Payment is made to the conference organisers during the workshop. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept credit cards. Hence, you must pay by a check issued to the University of Aarhus (EURO or DKK) or pay in cash (only DKK). There are several other events in Aarhus concurrently with the workshops, and hence we have not been able to make a pre-booking at PUC. For this reason we strongly recommend to book NOW. This is done by sending an e-mail to CPNworkshop@daimi.au.dk, specifying name, type of room, date of arrival and departure.

Another option is the local youth hostel. The rooms at the hostel are typically shared by 2-4 persons. If you are interested in such rooms please send an e-mail to CPNworkshop@daimi.au.dk as early as possible, specifying your particular requirements.
